A one-of-a-kind experience! This 150-year-old house has beautiful views of the valley. Sip a glass of wine from a rocking chair on the front porch or in our beautiful wine room, which is actually the two original brick rooms of the house. You will feel like you have truly stepped into the “old world” when you cross the threshold to the wine room. Participate in a tasting – just $5 which includes your gift of our beautiful 1861 Farmhouse etched wine glass. Enjoy a wonderful selection of 1861 Farmhouse Private Label wines, from Chardonnay to Pinot Noir.Come hungry! You’ll want to savor a delicious lunch or elegant dinner on the front porch, beside the stream on the back deck, or in our elegant Victorian Farmhouse dining rooms. Lunch offerings include gourmet sandwiches on fresh-baked bread, delicious salads, home-made quiches, and hot and cold pastas. Sides include homemade Southern Potato Salad and baked Farmhouse Sweet Potato Fries. Enjoy it all with a glass of sweet iced tea – or a glass of wine!Dinner is served! On Friday and Saturdays join us for an elegant evening beginning with a glass of wine in our beautiful wine room. Dinners feature a choice of beef, fish, or chicken and fresh local vegetables. Save room for one of our homemade desserts, such as Farmhouse Apple Pie or Bread Pudding. You’ll want to savor the evening with a bottle of our private label 1861 Farmhouse wine.
