With tremendous excitement, the Gamekeeper welcomes acclaimed Chefs Sidney and Alison Bond of Le Calabash Petit Conservatoire de la cuisine. The celebrated couple will be traveling from France to visit the Gamekeeper on February 18, 19 and 20.
Ken and Wendy Gordon, Gamekeeper Owners / Chefs, will be learning from the Bonds. South African Sidney is a Master Chef. Alison is a Pastry Chef from Europe. Le Calabash is an acclaimed cooking school with roots in Loire Valley, France and Stellenbosch, South Africa. The Bonds combined biographies include appointments to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and several distinguished awards in the culinary arts.
