Course One:

Carolina Charcuterie with Montinore Boealis

Carolina charcuterie, local arugula, olive oil, toast points, Ashe county romano, sharp provolone cheeses, capers, olives, fig jam

Course Two:

Pimento Mac n’ Cheese with Montinore Pinot Gris

Cavatappi pasta, roasted red peppers, Ashe county cheddar cheese sauce, cornbread crumbs, microgreens

Course Three:

Grilled Elk with Revelry Reveler

Grilled Elk filet, red wine demi glace, blueberry balsamic baby carrots, fingerling chippers

Course Four:

Almond Chocolate Cake with Revelry Cabernet

Almond chocolate cake, powdered sugar, chocolate ganache, red wine whipped cream, fruit coulis

 

Representatives of Montinore and Revelry Vineyards with join us for this four-course dinner.

Wines will be available for purchase as well.
